Protecting Your Practice: Why We Use RAPID

Dear Colleagues, we understand that introducing a new documentation tool in a high-pressure environment like the Philippine Heart Center can feel like an additional burden. However, RAPID was designed by nurses for nurses to help optimize the care we provide when a patient decompensates.

Here is how RAPID works for you:

  1. 1 Professional & Legal Protection
Protect your license during a medical emergency! RAPID will provide you with a real-time, chronological record of all the actions and interventions you made alongside the whole team.
  2. 2 Minutes Matter
Assess with precision, act with decision. The more you focus on your assessment, the faster you respond, refer, and intervene. Before your patients crash, RAPID will help you catch the danger badge.
  3. 3 Eliminating Redundant Writing
No more long and confusing narratives. RAPID uses quick-select checkboxes and dropdowns. Choose point-and-click over handwritten chartings.
  4. 4 A Voice in Patient Safety
Click to protect, click to care, click to get more helping hands there. Every click is a paper trail for more help. And for every data you submit, it becomes a basis to strengthen institutional rapid response protocols through targeted research and continuous staff development.
